For Reiki or Counselling sessions, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and this is non-refundable. The remaining amount will be due 48 hours before your appointment. If this is not paid 48 hours before your appointment, the booking will be automatically released and your deposit forfeited. You can make full payment when booking, prior to your appointment if you choose. If you give more than 24 hours notice of cancellation your deposit will be retained and your appointment moved to the next available slot. If however you no longer require an appointment we will retain your deposit and refund the remainder. If you give less than 24 hours notice your deposit and the remaining fee will be automatically forfeited. Please note: Administration charges will apply. We do not accept responsibility for changes in clients personal circumstances. Refunds are only given if a session is altered or cancelled by us and we reserve the right to alter/cancel any of the available sessions. Please note, if in exceptional circumstances, we agree to issue a refund for a deposit there will be an administration charge incurred.
