Florence and I are delighted to be offering you this energy healing afternoon in a safe loving and supportive environment.

Come and experience the therapeutic effects of combining Yin Yoga with Reiki.

​

These 2 hours give you the opportunity to unwind, dive into your inner Self and learn how to release suppressed emotions and shift blocked energy around the body.

​

You will start with a Reiki meditation, breathing exercise to relax the nervous system and start feeling at home before mindfully moving into Yin Yoga postures specifically chosen to promote balance in the energy centres.

​

You will be supported and guided by Florence, Senior Yoga Teacher, to help you connect to the sensations, feelings and emotions linked to the gentle Yin Yoga poses.

At the same time receive Reiki by me Ems, Reiki Master-Teacher.

​

Finally ending with an extended Savasana where I will offer Reiki to the group.

​

Expect to leave feeling nurtured, restored and grounded!
